(Grey) Wolf by synconi (Grey) Wolf by synconi
(Just got back from CU retreat which was fabulous and uplifting. Pretty sleepy now, though =P Heading back to Cambridge tomorrow!)

The most time-consuming thing I’ve folded to date, and folded from the largest square I've ever used :faint:

Thank you for looking!

Wonderful model; love the detail!  Is this a personal design, or is it published somewhere (I'd love to make one, myself).  Either way, it's an awesome work!

As graceful and powerful a form as the creature who inspired it; amazing!

Wow....I spent an hour making an origami cat with my sister and that was pretty intense! Four hours! That's dedication but so worth it and perfect.

(I LOVE making origami with friends/family, so fun!) And origami's an art- people easily spend many hours on one painting, so I guess it doesn't bother me too much to spend a hefty amount of time folding one thing! :)

Do you often fold things? :eager:

It is really fun, though I'm not really good at it. My sister is though, she made it a lot better than I did. Though I am ok at making cicadas (I think the book said they were the easiest so maybe that's why) :giggle: You're right, I didn't really think about it like that, I spend hours and hours on my drawings.
I do have a book on origami and try to make things sometimes, but never anything as good as your amazing creations. I'd love to be good at it though. What's your next project?
