I don't know why I do this to myself... D:
For some reason I decided to fold this, my first ever attempt at a baby grand, in the wee hours of the morning and I chose to use a 6 x 6cm square. Clearly sleepy Gaby's judgement was impaired...:faint:
The piano and stool perch quite comfortably on a one pence coin; the piano is 2cm wide, the stool 0.75cm wide.

Thank you for looking!

Wow, Really tiny model, which is one thing I love about this :)
I am a musician, so this model is one of my favourites! And it looks really nice placed on that coin!
I think that the origami model is just half of the art. Place where you take a photo of it and how do you take it, is the other half. You done both of the halfs very well ^^
Great job!

:glomp: Thank you very much! And I completely agree about the fact that making the model is half of it, when showcasing online at least. <3

At first sight I thought this was much bigger, then I saw the 1p coin! I just can't imagine how fiddly this must have been to make, it's amazing (and very cute too!)

:giggle: It looks bigger because of my smashing macro lens! No clue why I always fold things so teeny, it gets so frustrating >______>
Thanks! <333

Oh, haha. That makes sense. :) Macro photography is great (although unfortunately I don't have a macro lens so I have to compromise!)
And aw, yeah, I can imagine! I don't think I could even attempt to fold something that tiny!

Very impressive, given it's tiny stature.
If you think it looks a bit ragged, it may be because it's been played often and provided countless hours of music.

Really awesome!

I like how it's standing up by itself there.. it seems to be quite delicate and fragile with the three points and whatnot.

The penny at the bottom is great as a measure of perspective and size. It's difficult to imagine that this is so tiny! Makes it even more awesome. :D

Thank you, dear!

I'm racking my brains as to what else I can use for size comparisons...I've used pencils and coins thus far. Perhaps grains of rice or something?

Ooh, yes! That's an idea. :D

I guess it's just something that we can all recognise.. so rice would work.

Though, macro photos of rice are booooring.

Hmm.
