...to become a perfect little chick.
The doctors wanted my parents to abort me, because all the scans showed that I was going to have Down's Syndrome.
But my parents decided not to, they still let me live, and I have turned out to be completely healthy and normal.
Maybe more parents should choose the same as my parents, giving their child a chance.
And maybe it would be the right choice.
Please don't get too argumentative with me about this, it's just something close to my heart, and something I wanted to share with you.

I was almost aborted too because my parents came from China and weren't sure if they wanted to have a second kid or not. It's weird to think about the fact that I might not have been born. o.o
People who find that 'they wouldn't be perfect' as justification for abortion make me sick.
Not just about appearance at all- the child matures very slowly and most, even when they're adult in age and body, are still just like little children mentally, requiring constant care for most of their lives. It's taxing for parents and carers. <3
